CREATIVE PETAL CONTRACT

This contract for Creative Petal is made effective as of today, by and between our client and Creative Petal located in Central Florida, contacted through email, messaging, phone, or in person.

Whereas Creative Petal is engaged in the business of providing services relating to graphic design and marketing and whereas the client is interested in availing such service of the designer.

In furtherance to the above, the client hereby agrees to and does hereby engage the services of Creative Petal, and Creative Petal hereby accepts the engagement to design and to do the work hereinafter specified by the client in connection with the project.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Beginning on the date of accepted quote, Creative Petal will provide the client the service(s) agreed upon through contact.

PAYMENT. Payment shall be made to Creative Petal in Central Florida through the final invoice sent with the full amount listed on the invoice upon completion of the services provided.

Payment will be due within 3 days of receiving an invoice from Creative Petal.

If any invoice is not paid when due, interest will be added to and payable on all overdue amounts at 5% per year, or the maximum percentage allowed under applicable laws, whichever is less. The client shall pay all costs of collection, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees.

In addition to any other right or remedy provided by law, if the client fails to pay for the services when due, Creative Petal has the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of this contract, and may cancel this contract and/or seek legal remedies.

ADDITIONAL EDITING AND CHANGES. Any requested changes to the description of services mentioned via email/message shall constitute additional editing and may incur additional charges or fees deemed necessary by Creative Petal. All additional changes must be submitted and approved by both parties in writing.

TERM. This contract will terminate automatically upon completion by Creative Petal of the services required by this contract.
